Ricky Lynn "Pom" Crotts

Ricky Lynn Crotts was born on August 18, 1955 in Savannah, TN. He loved his grandkids, helping anyone and everyone he could at any given time, looking at old cars and racing, motorcycles, and never met a stranger. He always looked forward to going with his family to the car shows at the mountains every year where he looked at classic cars. He spent most of his life behind the wheels of a big truck going many of miles hauling logs. He departed this life on October 30, 2025. He shared 42 years of his life with his beloved wife, Laura Crotts. He is survived by his four children, John (Melissa) Crotts, Adam Crotts, Derek (Ashley) Crotts, and Maria Crotts. He lived for his grandkids, who knew of him as "Pom"- Lauren and Abigail Copeland, Tyler and Aiden Crotts, Kahlan and Cass Crotts, Hudson Qualls, Ellie Crotts and Dawson Crotts. He also loved his nieces, Leslie Crotts and her two daughters, Lauren and Charlize Crotts and Brittany Crotts and her children, Grayson and Tinsley Crotts.. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Elizabeth Grace Smith Crotts, siblings Carolyn Pipes, J.C. Crotts, Bruce Wayne Crotts, Bradley Crotts, Linda Gail Melson, and grandson Isaiah Crotts. He is survived by his oldest sibling, Joe Crotts of Savannah.
