RICKY PICKETT
Henderson, TN: Ricky Dale Pickett age 60 passed away February 9, 2017 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
He was born June 18, 1956 in Chester County, the son of the late Leonard E. and Mary Lee Banks Pickett Flatt. He attended Chester County Schools. He worked at J & M Apparel, Brown Shoe Company, Ivy Construction and then the City of Henderson, retiring November 2016.
He married Diane Chainey and they made their home in Henderson. He loved riding four-wheelers and taking photographs and pictures.
Mr. Pickett is survived by a son, Tommy Ivy of Pinson; two daughters, Tisha Weaver of Jackson and Tabitha Maness of Masseyville; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren; two sisters, Debbie Pickett Roark of Bethel Springs and Janet Phelps of Henderson and a brother, Jerrel Flatt, Jr. of Dandridge, TN.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Michael Pickett.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Casey Chapel with Mickey Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in Chester County Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Casey Chapel beginning at 5:00 PM on Saturday.
