Rita Campbell Watkins, 68, departed this life Friday, October 15, 2021.
She was born Sunday, December 21, 1952, in Saulsbury, to Marie Sexton Cooper of Saulsbury and the late Robert Marcus Campbell and lived her life in Hickory Valley, Grand Junction, Saulsbury and Pocahontas. She worked as a supervisor in catalog sales with Dunn's in Grand Junction for almost 20 years and was office manager with Old Hatchie Vet Clinic for 18 years. Rita was Baptist in faith.
Survivors include three sons, Robert Watkins (Becky) of Walnut, MS, Richard Watkins (Karen) of Iuka, MS and Ronald Watkins of Pocahontas; her mother, Marie Cooper of Saulsbury; 8 grandchildren, Riley Watkins, Rachel Stewart, Aaron Watkins, Karra McArthur, Noah, Jack, Stormy and Lindsey Watkins. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a sister, Gwen Campbell; a brother, Kenneth Campbell and her companion, Bud Harris.
