Robbie Jane Bumphus

Robbie Jane Conway Bumphus of Murfreesboro, TN was born January 23, 1967 in Savannah, TN, the daughter of the late Jessie (Pete) Harold and Emma Jane Brown Conway. She departed this earthly realm on Sunday, January 10, 2016 at St. Thomas Medical Center in Murfreesboro, Tennessee at the age of 48 Years, 11 Months, 18 Days.
Ms. Conway Bumphus had a great love for her family, friends and life. She graduated at the top of her class from Frank Hughes School, Clifton, TN and continued her education at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN where she received her B.S. in education and a M.B.A. in Administration.
Ms. Conway Bumphus put all her love for education and learning by being a wonderful teacher in the Rutherford County School District for 16 years. There was not one person in her life that was not touched.
Ms. Conway Bumphus leaves to cherish her memories, her loving children, Jerrold Lee Bumphus, II and Jamilla Symone Bumphus and her former husband, Jerrold Lee Bumphus all of Murfreesboro, TN; sisters, Patty (Dwight) Bumphus and Paula (Jerry) Casey all of Clifton, TN and Jessica (Jack) Eisenhut of Orlando, FL; nieces, Ashley Bumphus, Cecile Casey, Kendall Eisenhut, Tiawana Bumphus, Tilisha Brooks Irons, LeEtta Bumphus, Bridgit Brooks-Lentz, Kizzi McClain, Katrina Bumphus, Bethany McClain Amos, Francesa Claybrooks, Tamara Burns, Christy Bumphus, Danielle Jackson and Brittney Jackson; nephews, Trey Bumphus, Blake Casey, Joshua Casey, Zachary Casey, Cade Eisenhut, Derek Bumphus, James McClain, Michael Brooks, Michael Stackens, Spencher Jackson, Kevin Bumphus, Jordan Tall, Troy Tall and Blair Bumphus and uncles, aunts and other relatives and friends.
Services will be Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Evangelist Alicia Bumphus officiating. Her body will be cremated following the services.
Visitation will be Friday, January 15, 2016 from 6:30 pm to 8 pm and Saturday,
January 16, 2016 from noon til service time at the funeral home.
