Robert Eugene Craig

Robert Eugene Craig was born January 24, 1924 in Morrow, Ohio, the son of the late John L. and Elva P. Stouder Craig.He was united in marriage to Anna Schitkovitz on December 18, 1946.Mr. Craig was a retired maintenance worker and was a U. S. Marine Corps veteran of WW II. Mr. Craig departed this life on Tuesday, March 3, 2009 at Wayne Care Nursing Home in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 85 Years, 1 Month, 7 Days.At his death, he was survived by his wife Anna (Schitkovitz) Craig of Waynesboro, TN; a daughter, Gloria Jean Craig of Granada Hills, CA; a son, Richard Alan Craig of Parsons, TN; granddaughter,Christi Hawthorne and great-granddaughter, Rhiannon both of Modesta, CA; two sisters, Doris M. Walker and Elizabeth Craig both of Wilmington, OH.In addition to his parents, Mr. Craig was preceded in death a brother, John L. Craig Jr. Joint graveside services and burial for Robert and Anna Craig will be Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at 11 am at Jackson Cemetery, Cypress Inn, TN with Jimmy Martin officiating and Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County directing.
