Robert (Pop) Moser of Waynesboro, TN was born March 23, 1939 in Waynesboro, Tennessee, the son of the late Eddy and Waymon White Moser. He was united in marriage to Edith Franks on October 17, 1960.
Mr. Moser was a retired mechanic with the Wayne County Highway Department and was of the Baptist faith.
Mr. Moser departed this life on Saturday, June 25, 2011 at Wayne County Nursing Home in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 72 Years, 3 Months, 2 Days.
He is survived by his wife, Edith Franks Moser of Waynesboro, TN; a son, Chuck Moser and wife, Heather of Waynesboro, TN; daughters, Christy Moser and companion, Donald Franks of Clifton, TN, Vicky Eaton and husband, Travis of Waynesboro, TN, Kay Williams and companion, Tommy Stricklin of Walnut Grove, TN; grandchildren, Holly, Cory, Chelsey, and Robert Moser and Abby Williams; a brother, Jimmy Moser of Collinwood, TN; a sister, Shirley Shubert Wenger of Waynesboro, TN; nieces and nephews.
Services will be Monday, June 27, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel, Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Carroll Littrell and Jeff Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Hebron Cemetery, Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Waynesboro, directing. Pallbearers will be Johnny Parker, Johnny Moser, Jimmy Moser, William Shubert, Billy Williams, Chad Moriarty.
