He was born in Chester County, the son of Rosie Henley Wilkins and the late Johnny Parker. He was married to Renee Raiford in 1993 and they made their home in Henderson.
He is survived by his wife, Renee Parker and two daughters, Brianne and Allie Parker all of Henderson; his mother, Rosie Henley Wilkins of Katie, TX ; a brother, Bennie Parker and a sister, Diane McCormick both of Lexington.
