Robert Riser was born January 28, 1961 in Jackson County, MO the son of the late Lowell R. and Bonita J. Ferris Riser.
Robert had lived in the Finger Community for over 20 years. Robert was a quiet man who enjoyed being outside, walking and taking care of his cats.
Mr. Riser departed this life on January 13, 2020 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 58 Years, 11 Months, 16 Days. He is survived by a son, James Patrick Riser of Colton, CA; his Tennessee adopted family, Denice Weatherly and Stacey Reynolds both of Finger, TN; Sue Newsom and husband Jim of Pinson, TN; and host of friends.
