Robert E. Seay

Robert E. Seay departed this life on Thursday, October 1, 2020, at the age of 95 years, 11 months, and 8 days. He was born in Corinth, Mississippi on October 23, 1924, the son of the late Roberta Tacker Lacy and Earle Seay. On December 1, 1952, he was united in marriage to Patricia "Pattie" Ann Palmer, who preceded him in death on September 25, 2006.

Robert served honorably in the United States Navy. He retired from the Post Office in Savannah, Tennessee, and was a member of the Savannah Masonic Lodge and the Pickwick Shriners. He enjoyed gardening, working Sudoku puzzles, and playing Solitaire on his tablet.

Robert is survived by his children, Debbie Seay of Savannah, Tennessee and David Seay of Counce, Tennessee; grandsons, R.J. Seay and Scott Seay; great grandsons, Neal Seay and Cameron Seay; great-great granddaughter, Kaylee Seay; brothers, Richard Seay of Dipping Springs, Texas and Roy Seay of Greenwood, Mississippi.

In addition to his parents and his wife, Robert was preceded in death by his brother, Ralph Seay.
