Roger Dale Lambert

Mr. Roger Dale Lambert, age 68 of Bolivar, Tennessee, passed away at his home Friday, June 10, 2016.

Roger Dale Lambert was born Tuesday, November 11, 1947, to the late Preston Lambert and Myrtle Lou Jones Lambert in Brownfield, MS. He married Anita Lambert on July 3, 1987. Mr. Lambert was a sawmill forklift operator. In his youth, he attended Hebron Baptist Church and Porters Creek Baptist Church. Roger enjoyed hunting, fishing, being outdoors, building, woodworking, and being with his grandchildren. He was a native of Brownfield, MS, but lived most of his life in Hardeman County.

Mr. Lambert is survived by his wife, Anita Lambert of Bolivar; three sons, James Davis(Mylinda) of Middleton, Burt Davis of Bolivar, and Roger Joe Lambert of Memphis; a sister, Kay King of Virginia; three grandchildren, Samantha Ann Hasapis, James Davis II, and Jamie Davis; a great-grandchild, Adyson Marie Hasapis; and his best friend, James Howell of Bolivar.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Preston Lambert and Myrtle Lou Jones Lamber; a son, Dale Lambert; a brother, Jerry Lambert; and a grandchild, Charles Wesley Goodman.
