Roger Mack Skaggs

Services for Roger Mack Skaggs, age 50, of Collinwood, TN will be Sunday, December 10, 2006 at 1:00 pm at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel in Collinwood, TN with Greg Eaton, Keith Montgomery, and James (Pete) Turnbow officiating. Burial will be in McGlamery Cemetery in Collinwood, TN with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be Saturday, December 9, 2006 from 1:30 pm until 9 pm and Sunday, December 10, 2006 from 9 am until service time at the funeral home. He died at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital in Florence, AL on Friday, December 8, 2006.



Mr. Skaggs, a native of South Bend, IN, was retired from Murray Ohio Manufacturing Company, was a member of Flatwoods Freewill Baptist Church in Lawrenceburg, TN but attended Piney Grove Freewill Baptist Church in Cypress Inn, TN, and served with the Tennessee Army National Guard from 1976 to 1982.



Survivors, wife, Margaret Sherrill Skaggs, Collinwood, TN, daughters, Amanda Hunsucker and husband, Michael, Ozark, MO, Jessica Skaggs, Collinwood, TN, three grandchildren, Lexi and Lily Hunsucker, Exavior Skaggs, parents, Dalton and Vinnie Stults Skaggs, Collinwood, TN, brother, Larry Skaggs and wife, Janice, Florence, AL, sister, Jannie Tilley and husband, James, Collinwood, TN, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
