RON ROWLAND
Henderson: Ronald Dwight Rowland, age 61, died March 16, 2009 at his home.
He was born in Parma, MO moving to Jackson at a young age, the son of the late Lennon and Ida Bell Grissom Rowland. He was educated in Madison County Schools. He entered the U.S. Navy serving during the Vietnam War. He returned to Jackson after the service and worked in manufacturing for many years. He was married to Kay Hensley on August 1997 and she died in 2007.
He is survived by two sons, Brett Rowland and wife Farrah of Henderson and Chad Rowland of CA; two stepdaughters, Shanda Willcutt of Savannah and Amy Powers of CO; a grandchild, Kaleigh Rowland and two step grandchildren; a sister, Janet Petty of IL.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Kay Hensley Rowland in 2007.
