Services for Ronald Marion Kelley will be Sunday, February 17, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Chapel in Waynesboro with Casey Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Waynesboro Memorial Gardens with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.



He was born February 23, 1947 in Hohenwald, TN the son of the late Talmage Clyde and Freda Turnbow Kelley and grandson of the late Bay and Lessie Kelley and Johnson and Mary Turnbow. Mr. Kelley died Friday, February 15, 2013 at his home in Waynesboro at the age of 65 Years, 11 Months, 23 Days. Ronnie grew up in the Ashland community and attended school in Wayne County and also attended Draughns Business College. He enlisted in the National Guard in 1968 and served until 1972. On June 28, 1968 Ronnie married Linda Gayle Moore and she preceded him in death December 17, 1985. A well known businessman in Waynesboro, he was a field representative and retired from Woodmen of the World and also served as bank manager of Bank of Waynesboro. He served in numerous local organizations including the Volunteer Trail Rider Club, Fraternal Congress, FIC, and former president of the Bridle and Saddle Club, and a member of Kelley's Chapel Baptist Church.



He is survived by his wife, Jimmie Nelle Driver Kelley of Waynesboro;

four sons, Dustin Kyle Kelley and wife Heather of Waynesboro, TN, Lonnie Biffle Gallaher and wife Jennifer of Lufkin, TX, Brent Thomas Gallaher of Waynesboro, TN, Nathan Ashley Gallaher and wife Laura of Appleton, WI; three daughters, LaRonda Kelley Frazier and husband Aron, Misty Layne Kelley, Suzy Gallaher Kelley and husband Jantzen all of Waynesboro, TN;

17 grandchildren, Kelley Gayle McClain, Tristen Malachi Haggard, Christopher Blaine Bevis, Wyatt Hayes Kelley, Emily Layne Frazier, Talmage Caysen Kelley, Cassidy Gallaher Amis, Taylor Gallaher, Sydney Gallaher, Jimmy Smith, Lindsey Gallaher Adams, Brennan Gallaher, Brooke Gallaher, Bailey Gallaher, Grant Gallaher, Makenna Vandygriffe, and Jake Kelley;

2 great grandchildren, Ehan and Emma Adams; two sisters, Janice Elaine Lynn of Summertown, TN and Karen Joyce Houser of Lawrenceburg, TN; several nieces and nephews.
