Ronald E. Mullins

Ronald E. Mullins was born June 28, 1943 in McNairy County, Tennessee the son of the late George C. and Dessie Lee Dixon Mullins.
He was united in marriage to Wanda Faye Matlock on October 17, 1962. Mrs. Mullins preceded him in death on November 20, 2001, after 38 years of marriage.
Mr. Mullins was a graduate of Ramer High School. He was a delivery driver for 44 years at Pacer-Pittman Brothers Gas Company, and was a member of the Ramer Baptist Church in Ramer, Tennessee. Mr. Mullins loved his work, watching his grandsons play ball, and helping others.
Mr. Mullins departed this life on September 1, 2010 in Ramer, Tennessee at the age of 67 Years, 2 Months, 4 Days. He is survived by a son, Randy Mullins and wife Nicole of Ramer, TN; two grandchildren, Ronald Craig Mullins and Jacob Connard Mullins, both of Ramer, TN; five sisters: Tish Farris of Tuscumbia, AL, Nettie Mae White and husband Tolbert of Memphis, TN, Helen Mabry and husband Don of Savannah, TN, Elizabeth Durbin and husband Junior of Ramer, TN, and Juanita Johnson of Guys, TN; three brothers: Hilburn Mullins of Tacoma, WA, Don Mullins and wife Louise of Ramer, TN, and Arnold Wayne Mullins of Guys, TN; a sister-in-law, Laquita Ingle of Ramer, TN; a brother-in-law, Ricky Matlock and wife Linda of Ramer, TN; many nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly; a long-time co-worker and special friend whom he loved like a daughter, Donna Gray of Corinth, MS; and a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Mullins was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, T. J. Farris.
The family wishes to recognize and thank all of Ronald's fellow Pacer-Pittman Brothers employees, as well as all his many coffee drinking buddies who visited with him at his local stops.
