Ronnie Keith Daniel

Ronnie Keith Daniel of Florence, AL, formerly of Collinwood, TN, was born April 20, 1964 in Florence, AL, the son of Betty Sue Heard Daniel of Florence, AL, who survives, and the late Ronald Fay Daniel. Ronnie was a graduate of Collinwood High School and was a retired sawmill operator of Daniel's Sawmill.

He was a sports fanatic, being a die-hard Tennessee Vols and New York Yankees fan. Ronnie loved spending time with his family and his greatest joys were his three children, Austin, Liz and Kayleigh.

He departed this life on Monday, December 17, 2018 at his home after a long illness with a lung disease at the age of 54 Years, 7 Months, 27 Days.

Other than his mother, Ronnie is survived by his wife, Jessica Echols Daniel of Florence, AL; son, Austin Keith Daniel of Nashville, TN; daughters, Elizabeth Rena Daniel and Kayleigh Brooke Daniel both of Florence, AL; sister, Pamela Denise Odom and husband, Dewayne of Killen, AL; stepsons, Damien Skelton of Waynesboro, TN and Daniel Skelton of Denver, CO; step-daughter, Gabrielle Brewer and husband, Jake of Collinwood, TN; step-grandchild, Riggins Brewer; special great-nephews, Lincoln and Jackson Scott; nephews, Andrew Scott and wife, Victoria and Matthew Scott and wife, Paige, niece, Molly Beth Odom, aunts, uncles and cousins.

At his request, Ronnie's body will be cremated and buried near his dad in Memorial Gardens, Collinwood, TN at a later time.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 3 pm at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Collinwood, TN with Joe Franks officiating and Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing.

Visitation with the family will be Thursday, December 20, 2018 from 1 pm to service time at the funeral home.
