Rosie Jane Kooken

Rosie Jane Highland Kookenwas born May 30, 1931 in Waterloo, Alabama the daughter of the late Joe Robert and Cynthia Elizabeth Gibbs Highland.Mrs. Kooken departed this life on October 10, 2009 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 78 Years, 4 Months, 10 Days.She is survived by a daughter, Martha Sue Johnson of Savannah, TN; a sister, Rena Elizabeth DeShazier of Savannah, TN; a grandchild, Robert Malone Johnson.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Kooken; seven brothers, John Highland, Rossie Highland, Richard Highland, Rubin Highland, Neat Highland, Saul Highland, and Cliff (Rip) Highland.
