Roy Eugene Browder

Roy Eugene Browder was born March 28, 1943 in McNairy County, TN the son of the late Royal and Beatrice Reed Browder.

He was united in marriage to Alva Dell Smith on October 28, 1962. Mrs. Browder preceded him in death on May 23, 2015.

Mr. Browder retired from McNairy County Highway Department as a diesel mechanic. He was a member of the Meeks Grove Free Will Baptist Church in the Gilchrist Community in Adamsville, Tennessee. He served his country honorably in the United States Navy. He enjoyed being outside, fishing and collecting knives.

Mr. Browder departed this life on July 11, 2020 in Michie, Tennessee at the age of 77 Years, 3 Months, 13 Days. He is survived by two sons, Robert Browder and wife Angie of Pocahontas, TN, Rex Browder of Michie, TN; a brother, Billy O'Neal Browder and wife Donna; five grandchildren, Justin, BreAnna, and Madalyn Browder, Leigh Ann Wright and husband Dakota, Summer Browder; two great grandchildren, Teegan Browder, Ezekiel French; and a host of extended family and friends.

In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Browder was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Browder.
