Ruby L. Baugus

Ruby L. Baugus was born on October 24, 1937 in Cloverdale, Alabama, the daughter of the late Jay and Mazie Franks Shull.

On August 6, 1960, she was united in marriage to Jimmie Dale Baugus, who survives. 

Mrs. Baugus lived in multiple states throughout her life and traveled the world. She loved Bingo, pinball machines, and being around people. She loved all of her family and friends and enjoyed spending time with them. The highlight of her life was raising her daughter, grandson, and great grandchildren. But most of all Ruby loved Jesus.

Ruby L. Baugus departed this life on February 23, 2023 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 85 years, 3 months, and 30 days.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Jimmie Dale Baugus of Savannah, Tennessee; daughter, Cindy Baugus Warren and her husband Keith Warren of Crump, Tennessee; sister, Margaret White of Savannah, Tennessee; grandson, Timmy Stanfill and his wife Amanda; 3 very special grandchildren, Addison, Owen, and Mason; and a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Emma Lois Russom, Betty Jo Fulty, Christine White, and Juanita Dowdy and brother, James Robert Shull.
