Enville, TN: Ruby Lee Snider Crowe, age 89 passed away April 17, 2011 at Chester County Healthcare.
She was born and reared in Chester County the daughter of the late Ernest Theodore and Flossie Bradley Snider. She went to school in Chester County and in 1947 was married to Raymond Edward Crowe. They lived most of their life near and in Enville. Mr. Crowe worked for the State Hwy. Department and the County Road Department and Mrs. Crowe worked at Garran at Adamsville from 1956 until 1977 when she retired. She was a member of the Wild Goose Quilters at Enville and a member of the Enville First United Methodist Church.
She is survived by a son, Larry Crowe of Enville; a daughter-in-law, Jane Crowe of Jacks Creek; 4 grandchildren, Tammi Crowe Beshires and husband Johnny, Tim Crowe and wife Kelly, Elizabeth Mullins and Mary Beth Rowland and husband Wesley; 6 Great-Grandchildren and 3 Great-Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Edward Crowe in 2001; a son, Eugene Crowe in 1989; 2 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; a brother, Hulon Snider and a sister, Amy Snider Gage.
