Ruby Jo Harmon

Ruby Jo Harmonwas born in Lauderdale County, Alabama on October 30, 1915 the daughter of the late Ruben and Jimmie Parker Webb.Mrs. Harmon had worked for the Hardin County Board of Education as a Cook . She had worked at Nixon and South Elementary for a combined 34 years. She was a member of the Savannah Church of Christ.Mrs. Harmon departed this life on Thursday, may 12, 2011 at the age of 95 years, 6 months, 12 days.She is survived by 2 sons, T.J. Alexander and wife Madlyn of Savannah, Tennessee and Herman Webb of Holland, Michigan; a sister, Lorene Turnage of Decaturville, Tennessee; 6 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Tommy Alexander; second husband, Middleton Harmon; sister, Christine Harmon, a half brother and a grandchild.
