Ruby Nell Daniel Miller

Mrs. Ruby Nell Daniel Miller departed this life on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital in Florence, Alabama at the age of 88 Years, 30 Days. She was born October 13, 1928 in Iron City, TN the daughter of the late Sammie Rosevelt and Icie Millie Pearl Daniel. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by brothers, James Earnest Daniel, William Caroll Daniel and Ernie Levi Daniel.

She was united in marriage to Royce Lee Miller on August 1, 1947. Mr. Miller preceded her in death on August 14, 1982.

Mrs. Miller was a homemaker and a member of the Community Freewill Baptist Church in Florence, Ala.

She is survived by sons, Ronnie Lee Miller and Richard Lee Miller and wife Susan all of Florence, AL. sisters, Mary Frances Moss and husband David of La Porte, IN, Hazel Alberta Carter and the late Thomas of Michigan City, IN; grandchildren, Patricia Lynn Register and husband Justin, Elizabeth Marie Spilman and husband Richard, Matthew Lee Miller, Barbara Ann Hosch, great grandchildren, Anna Noelle Register, Mathew James Register, Blaine Daniel Hosch.

Services will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at 1:00 PM Community Freewill Baptist Church in Florence, Alabama, with Malcolm Scott officiating. Burial will follow in the Butler Grove Cemetery, Iron City, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, November 16, 5:00 pm until service time at the Community Freewill Baptist Church, Florence.
