Russell McFadden

Russell McFadden was born on May 1, 1947 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of the late Harding "Sug" and Pearline Thurbush McFadden.

On August 29, 1969, he was united in marriage to Debbie Brown, who survives.

Mr. McFadden honorably served his country in the United States Air Force from 1965-1969. He worked as an electrician for Tennessee Valley Authority and was a member of the IBEW Union, American Legion, and VFW. Russell loved to talk on his CB radio, where he was known by his friends under his CB handle, "Pack Rat". He also enjoyed going to the flea market on the weekends to socialize with his friends. He was a self-taught handyman who loved to try to "fix" anything he could. Russell loved spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren and he loved them very much.

Russell McFadden departed this life on December 14, 2023 in Crump, Tennessee at the age of 76 years, 7 months, and 13 days.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie McFadden of Crump, Tennessee; son, Keith McFadden and his wife Renee of Crump, Tennessee; daughter, Kristy Renee DeShazier and her husband Brian of Savannah, Tennessee; and grandchildren, Ashlee DeShazier and Ryan DeShazier, both of Savannah, Tennessee.
