Ruth Hutton

Ruth Hutton was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on May 14, 1926 the daughter of the late William Andy and Bett Wilkerson Pickens.On November 24, 1945 she was united in marriage to Woodrow Hutton, who preceded her in death on April 20, 1973.Mrs. Hutton retired from Savannah Cleaners, where she was employed for 47 years as a presser. She was a member of the Savannah Church of Christ.Mrs. Hutton departed this on Thursday, January 28, 2010 at the age of 83 years, 8 months, 14 days.She is survived by a daughter, Patricia White of Savannah, Tennessee; a brother, Floyd Pickens of Glendale, Arizona; 3 grandchildren, Eddie Walker, Michael Walker, and Joshua White; 2 great-grandchildren, Reese Walker and Claire Walker.In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Walker; 2 brothers, Ray and Clifford Pickens; a sister, Bobbie Mae Kelly.
