Ruth Rich departed this life on Thursday, December 4, 2014, at the age of 76 years, 7 months, 21 days. She was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee on April 13, 1938, the daughter of the late John T. Morgan.
Mrs. Rich is survived by her children, Michael Anthony Alcott of Morris Chapel, Tennessee, Ronald D. Alcott of Titusville, Florida, Tamara Alcott Jones and Shiryl Alcott Bond both of Orlando, Florida, and Bill Teal Rich of Manchester, Tennessee; sister, Ophelia Cross of Chattanooga, Tennessee; 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Paula Alcott; sisters, Peggy Wright and Shirley Palmer; brother, Charles Armstrong.
