Ruth Marie Rouse Looney

Ruth Marie Rouse Looney was born June 18, 1922 in Madison County Tennessee the daughter of the late Jeff Jones and Lizza Mae Britt Sikes. She married Mr. James Rouse in June of 1939 and he preceded her in death in 1968. Mrs.Looney was a Homemaker .Mrs.Looney departed this life on February 2, 2010 in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 87 Years, 7 Months, 15 Days.She is survived by two daughters, Hazel England and husband Charleton of Semmes, AL, Lessie Casey and husband Mike of Milan, TN; a son, William Rouse and wife Mary of Jacksonville, FL; a sister, Vera Jines of Jackson, TN; 17 Grandchildren, 22 Great Grandchildren, and 6 Great Great Grandchildren.In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs.Looney was preceded in death by a daughter, Virginia Hill; three brothers, Jimmy Sikes, L.T. Sikes, and George Washington Sikes.
