Ryan J. Austin

Ryan J. Austin was born on December 30, 1971 in Jackson, Tennessee, the son of Nancy Lumpkin and the late Benny Austin.

Ryan owned Hillbilly Turf Sod Company and enjoyed working in the sod fields with his niece, Isabella and nephew, Ben. He loved dogs and being outdoors, and enjoyed making and operating remote control airplanes and drones, riding his motorcycle, and hunting with his nephew, Ben.

Ryan J. Austin departed this life on July 31, 2022 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 50 years, 7 months, and 1 day.

He is survived by his mother, Nancy Lumpkin; step mother, Greta Austin; brothers, Benjamin Chad Austin and his wife Amy and Garrick Smith; niece, Isabella Austin; nephew, Ben Austin; special friend, Kristi Williams; and a host of extended family and friends.

In addition to his father, Benny Austin Ryan was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clyde and Carrie Lumpkin and Warren and Elsie Austin.
