Sally McLin departed this life on Tuesday, April 2, 2019, at the age of 65 years, 2 months, and 26 days. She was born in Wayne County, Tennessee, on January 7, 1954, the daughter of the late Seab and Sallie Brown Murphy. On November 19, 1982, she was united in marriage to Randy McLin, who survives.
Sally was a member of Freedom Chapel Church. She was a certified nursing assistant for 21 years and had worked for Harbert Hills Nursing Home.
Along with her husband of 36 years, Randy, Sally is survived by her children, Tiffany McLin and Steven Murphy, both of Olive Hill, Tennessee, Scotty Murphy and Terry Tharp, both of Savannah, Tennessee, Jason Tharp and Nick McLin and his wife Brittany, all of Olive Hill, Tennessee, and Randy McLin, Jr. and his wife Hannah of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Kayla, Emily, Chloe, Elaina, Maylee, Oliva, Cameron, Brandon, River, Matthew, and Peyton; great grandchild, Hazlee; and sisters, Bobbie Sue Franks and her husband Bobby Gene of Savannah, Tennessee, Mary Moore and her husband Dewey of Adamsville, Tennessee, and Shirley Brown and her husband Jerry of Olive Hill, Tennessee.
In addition to her parents, Sally was preceded in death by her sister, Dorothy Jean Murphy and brothers, JC Murphy, GW Murphy, and Seab Murphy, Jr.
