Sandra Jean Davis

Sandra Jean Davis was born March 1, 1947 in Selmer, Tennessee the daughter of Willie McCann and the late J. P. Gray.



She was united in marriage to Danny Joe Davis on September 5, 1964. She was a Christian and a disabled truck driver for East and West Motor Freight.



Mrs. Davis departed this life on November 8, 2009 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 62 Years, 8 Months, 7 Days.



She is survived by her husband Danny Joe Davis of Bethel Springs, TN; her mother, Willie McCann Gray of Selmer, TN; four daughters, Rhonda Cobb and husband Jim of Bethel Springs, TN, Dana Jo Burns of Halls, TN, Kelly Jean Barns and husband Mike of Selmer, TN, Stacy Carol Davis of Selmer, TN; a son, Daniel Jeremiah Holmes of Bethel Springs, TN serving his country in Seoul, South Korea; four sisters, Betty Johnson of Brownsville, TN, Fannie Atkinson and husband T.L. of Selmer, TN, Becky McDowell and husband Eddie of Selmer, TN, Phyllis Robinson and husband Jimmy of Bethel Springs, TN; two brothers, Johnny Gray and wife Joy of Selmer, TN, Stanley Gray of Biloxi, MS; seven grandchildren, Nathan Holmes of Bethel Springs, TN, Danna Ward of Bethel Springs, TN, Kristen McLin and husband James of Selmer, TN, Sarah Goodrum and husband Michael of Bethel Springs, TN, Jesse Wayne Baird of Selmer, TN, Kerry Baird of Bethel Springs, TN, Brandon Burns of Halls, TN; 4 Great Grandchildren and a host of cousins, neices and nephews.



Mrs Davis was preceded in death by her father, J. P. Gray and a grandchild, Jonathan Ward.
