Sandra Kay Wallace

Sandra Kay Wallace of Selmer, TN was born February 26, 1947 in McNairy County, TN the daughter of the late Horace and Wilma Surratt Smith. She was united in marriage to Gillis Wallace, Jr. on April 5, 1974. Mr. Wallace preceded her in death on November 2, 2006. They owned and operated the former Selmer Sporting Goods store.

Mrs. Wallace was a member of Selmer First Baptist Church and a former member of Good Hope Baptist Church. She also attended Court Avenue Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Sandra had a passion for shopping whether it be in-store or on the QVC Network. She and her late husband Gillis enjoyed looking for and collecting antiques. Sandra departed this life on February 1, 2019 in Savannah, TN at the age of 71 Years, 11 Months, 6 Days.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Wallace was preceded in death by five sisters, Bobbie Felts, Jane Crotts, Martha Hissong, Shirley Smith, Patsy Tyler; two brothers, Johnny Smith and Jerry Smith.

She is survived by her special friends, Steve Browder, Lois Ann and Danny Yates, her family at Hardin Home, and a furry friend Sadiemae along with a host of extended family and friends.
