Sarah Ella Emmons was born July 24, 1930 in Silerton, TN, the daughter of the late William Lev and Albertine Reed Mayfield Murley.
She was united in marriage to Grady Emmons on December 24, 1952. Mr. Emmons preceded her in death on February 13, 1981. Mrs. Emmons was a Homemaker and a member of the Gravel Hill Baptist Church for almost 60 years. She departed this life on November 24, 2015 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 85 Years, 4 Months.
Mrs. Emmons is survived by two daughters, Dianne Buhrman and husband Parker of Madison, AL, Annette Pratt and husband Benny of Ramer, TN; four grandchildren: Candace Pratt, Whitney Jones and husband Tyler, Matthew Anderson and wife Sharon, Emily Mason and husband Chris; and a host of friends.
