Sarah Dean Hardin departed this life on Wednesday, November 11, 2015, at the age of 84 years, 2 months, 2 days. She was born on a small houseboat in Model, Tennessee on the Tennessee River on September 9, 1931, the daughter of the late Morgan Lee and Jimmie Monroe Higgins.
Sarah enjoyed talking to her family and friends daily on the phone and her pet bird "Pete". She attended Church of the Nazarene in Savannah and Crump Pentecostal Church.
She is survived by her children, Erma L. Duren and husband, Jerry of Waynesboro, Tennessee, Brenda K. Harville and husband, Mike, Dennis B. Warren and wife, Susan, James Steven Warren and wife, Debbie, Terry M. Warren, Connie R. Deshazier and husband, Jerry, Miron Randall Warren and wife, Debbie, Billy W. Qualls and wife, Sherry, and Joe C. Qualls and wife, Sherry all of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Jon Duren and wife, LuAnne of Knoxville, Tennessee, Jeff Duren and wife, Kristeen of Waynesboro, Tennessee, Brandon Kirk of Savannah, Tennessee, Jalayne Smith and husband, Ryan of Orlando, Florida, Justin Warren and wife, Candice of Hendersonville, Tennessee, Leslie A. Warren of Savannah, Tennessee, Matthew Wilson of Adamsville, Tennessee, Marcus Wilson, Daniel Warren and wife, Shelby, Timmy Qualls, Tyler Qualls, Cody Qualls, Katlin Qualls, Wesley R. Deshazier, Cody L. Deshazier all of Savannah, Tennessee, Melvin Davis, and Lakisha Presley both of Crump, Tennessee; great-grandchildren, Madison Duren, Alden Duren, Emilee Duren all of Knoxville, Tennessee, Jacob Duren and Brady Duren of Waynesboro, Tennessee, Katie Smith and Wesley Smith of Orlando, Florida, Riley Warren of Hendersonville, Tennessee, Madison Wilson, Hunter Wilson, Houston Wilson all of Adamsville, Tennessee, Brantley Wilson, Mason Warren, Star Pipes, Olivia Davis, Waylon Davis all of Savannah, Tennessee, Devon Bearden and Seth Bearden; and one brother, Thomas Higgins of Ponchatoula, Louisiana.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Joe Lee Higgins and one grandchild, Randall Lee Warren.
