Mrs. Stewart, 79, passed from this life Friday, October 19 at Pleasant View Healthcare in Bolivar,TN.
She was born in Elizabethtown, NC, April 26, 1933 to Arthur Marshall and Daisy Register Butler. She was married to Wilburn Elihue Stewart, Jr. on November 5, 1950 and was a homemaker all her life. A native of NC, she spent the last 6 years in Hardeman County. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Sandy Hall and husband Dana of Core Point, N. C. Susan Ellstrom and husband Jim of Bossier City, LA and Rosanne Smithwick and husband Sonny also of Core Point, NC; two sons, Mike Stewart and wife Dorothy of Bolivar, TN and Arthur Stewart of Gatlinburg, TN; and by one brother Horace Butler of Elizabethtown, NC; 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
