Sharla Blevins Franklin was born on June 12, 1976 in Corinth, Mississippi, the daughter of Rhonda Vandiver Blevins and the late Donald Blevins.

On February 14, 2003, she was united in marriage to Randall Franklin, who preceded his wife in death on November 29, 2023.

Sharla worked for Southwest Human Resource Agency for 22 years and was currently the Family & Community Resource Manager. She loved sea turtles, the beach, and all of her grandkids. Her favorite color was purple. She was loved by all her family and coworkers. Sharla was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Savannah, Tennessee.

Sharla Blevins Franklin departed this life on February 16, 2026 in Adamsville, Tennessee, at the age of 49 years, 8 months, and 4 days.

She is survived by her daughter, Brooke McCammon of Parsons, Tennessee; son, William McCammon of Adamsville, Tennessee; mother, Rhonda Blevins of Adamsville, Tennessee; sister, Melanie Blevins of Milan, Tennessee; brother, Roger Blevins of Savannah, Tennessee; and grandchildren, Kali Hatch, Wyatt Peterson, Asher McCammon, Kinsley McCammon, and Molly McCammon.
