Sharla Gay Benson Stephens departed this life on Thursday, February 7, 2019, at the age of 49 years, 9 months, and 11 days. She was born in Hardin County, Tennessee, on April 27, 1969, the daughter of the late Calvin Ray and Geraldine Harville Benson.

Sharla was a good person and enjoyed going to flea markets, reading, working puzzles, and crafting. She loved her grandchildren and her dogs.

She is survived by her sons, Bo Stephens and Derik Stephens, both of Adamsville, Tennessee; grandchildren, Bentley Stephens, Angelina Harbin, and Elizabeth Harbin; and her brother, Leon Benson of Adamsville, Tennessee.
