Sherri Lynn Heathcoat

Sherri Lynn Addington Heathcoat was born December 14, 1962 in Merced, CA the daughter of William Addington and the late Mary Jo Goodman. She was united in marriage to Randy Wayne Heathcoat on March 15, 1980. Sherri loved being outside enjoying her wind chimes, butterflies, and singing. Sherri departed this life on July 23, 2023 in Birmingham, AL at the age of 60 years, 7 months, and 9 days.

She is survived by her husband Randy Wayne Heathcoat of Lutts, TN; son, Jonathon Clay Heathcoat of Drummonds, TN; father, William Addington of Sardis, MS; and brother, Christopher Addington of Senatobia, MS.

In addition to her mother, Sherri was preceded in death by two twin siblings.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2023 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm service time at Piney Grove Freewill Baptist Church in Cypress Inn, TN.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at 12:00 pm at Piney Grove Freewill Baptist Church in Cypress Inn, TN, with Stephen Stults officiating. Burial will follow in the Piney Grove Cemetery at Cypress Inn, TN with Shackelford Funeral Directors assisting the family.
