Sherry Marie Parsons Briley

Sherry Marie Parsons Briley was born on May 30, 1956 in Corinth, Mississippi, the daughter of the late Arlon Eugene Parsons and Sidney Mae Feazell Brents.

Sherry worked at H and R Block for 24 years as the Assistant Manager. She was a member of Church on the Rock. Sherry loved, walking around outside barefoot, cleaning the yard, yard sales, arrow head hunting, fishing, puzzles, playing cards, board games with the family. Her greatest joy of all was spending time with her family.  

Sherry Marie Parsons Briley departed this life on January 20, 2024 in Savannah, Tennessee, at the age of 67 years, 7 months, and 21 days. 

She is survived by her sons, Richie Briley, Mark Briley (Terrie), and Brannam Briley (Wendy); sister, Shelia Moore (Tommy); brothers, Bud Parsons (Lucy), Tom Parsons, and Johnny Parsons (Mel); grandchildren, Coty Briley, Ashley Briley, Ryan Briley, Sidney Briley, Alexis Briley, Abbie Morris, and Libbie Morris; great grandchildren, Phoebe Childress, Gunner Evans, Hudson Tacker, and Hallen Briley; and she is also survived by the love of her life for over 50 years, Ricky Charles Briley. 

In addition to her parents, Sherry was preceded in death by her daughter, Felice Marie Morris; brother, Gary Eugene Parsons; sister-in-law, Cathy Lynn Parsons; and grandparents, Dean Barnes, Charlie Feazell, and Archie and Leller Parsons.
