Shirley May Brewer

Shirley May White Brewer of Waynesboro, TN was born August 28, 1937 in Wayne County, IN, the daughter of the late Rowland and Sarah Katherine Strobridge White. She was united in marriage to William Paul Brewer on March 30, 2002.

Mrs. Brewer was a retired factory worker and a member of Green River Tabernacle in Waynesboro, Tennessee.

Mrs. Brewer departed this life on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia, Tennessee at the age of 77 Years, 2 Months, 2 Days.

She is survived by her husband, William Paul Brewer of Waynesboro, TN; a daughter, Linda Skimehorne of Waynesboro, TN; a son, Michael Roberts of McEwen, TN; grandchildren, Melissa Roberts, Jennifer Smith, Chris Roberts, Jessie Skimehorne and Ethan Skimehorne; great-grandchildren, Dustin, Gabrielle, Alex and Alli; a great-great-grandson, Rylen.

Services will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2014 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel, Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Larry Janes officiating. Burial will follow in the Walnut Grove Cemetery, Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County directing. Visitation will be Saturday, November 1, 2014 from 6 pm to 9 pm and Sunday, November 2, 2014 from 1 pm to service time at the funeral home.
