Shirley Louise Lomax Ferloni
was born in Clifton, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Ernie Lomax and Ruby Roberts Lomax Vinay.
On June 5, 1972, she was united in marriage to Joseph Ferloni, who survives.
Shirley worked as a social worker for the City of Memphis.
She departed this life on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 82 years, 11 months, and 15 days.
In addition to her husband of 52 years, Joseph Ferloni of Counce, Tennessee, Shirley is survived by her daughter, Julie Buttrell; sister, Betty Evano; and grandchildren, Ellie Buttrell and Claire Buttrell.
