Mrs. Touchton passed away Wednesday night at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
The wife of Wilton Touchton, Jr., who survives, she was a homemaker. Mrs. Touchton was born May 2, 1957 in Wilson, AR to the late Lewis Mynatt and Roberta Turner Hart and lived most of her life here. She spent her childhood in Arkansas and lived in Jackson for 20 years. She served in the US Army from 1974-76 and was a graduate of Bolivar Central High School. Mrs. Touchton was a member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband, whom she married September 23, 1976, she is survived by a daughter, Kimberly Whitt of Jackson; a son, Kenny Touchton of Jackson; two granddaughters, Kierstyn and Alexis Dawn Touchton; a grandson, Peyton James Touchton; a sister, Linda Dellinger of Bolivar; and three brothers, Larry and David Mynatt, both of Bolivar, Mike Mynatt of Jackson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Kevin James Touchton, who died October 23, 1985; and an aunt, Louise Newman.
