Mr. Sims departed this life Thursday morning, July 12, 2012 at Bolivar General Hospital at the age of 58.
He was born December 30, 1953 to the late Sidney Sims Jr. and Charlotte Anne King Sims in Ripley, MS.
Buster married Penne Price, January 15, 1986. He was a Logger and Timber Worker and was Baptist in faith.
Mr. Sims is survived by his wife, Penne Sims of Middleton, a daughter, Christy Cherkesky and husband Itay of Franklin. Two sons, Jerry Wayne Sims and wife Robin of Knoxville, Sidney Sims IV of Middleton. A brother, Jimmie Sims and wife Rita of Middleton and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Connie Hudson.
