Stanley Gordon Franks

Stanley Gordon Franks was born on June 30, 1966 in Savannah, Tennessee, the son of Mary Ellen Mitchell Baker and the late James Gordon Franks.

Stanley was self employed as a real estate appraiser for the last 35 years. He enjoyed buggy riding and motorcycle riding. He was the happiest when spending time with his 3 boys and his grandchildren. He loved boating and fishing. He also loved his nieces and great niece. Stanley was a member of Eureka Methodist Church in Savannah, Tennessee.

Stanley Gordon Franks departed this life on April 25, 2026 in Savannah, Tennessee, at the age of 59 years, 9 months, and 26 days.

He is survived by his sons, Cody Ryan Franks (Kelcey), Cory Reid Franks (Catlynn), and Colton Riley Franks (Ashley); mother, Mary Ellen Baker; sister, Cherry Lynn Sullivan; brother, Larry Glen Baker, Jr. (Lindy); grandchildren, Ella Franks, Whitt Franks, Aliza Franks, Patrick Franks, and Hooper G. Franks; and nieces, Jackie Lynn Sullivan, Kennedy Lynn Baker, Lyddie Beth Baker, and Reesi Loporto.

In addition to his father, Stanley was preceded in death by his stepfather, Larry G. Baker.
