Stella Louise Comer

Stella Louise Thompson Comer was born March 22, 1944 in Alcorn County, MS, the daughter of the late Clyde James and Edna Jones Thompson. She was united in marriage to Charles R. "Buck" Comer on June 27, 1969. Mr. Comer preceded her in death on February 22, 2014. She was a member of North Corinth Baptist Church. Stella was a homemaker, worked for Wurlitzer and retired from Kimberly - Clark. She departed this life on May 15, 2017 in Corinth, Mississippi at the age of 73 Years, 1 Month, 23 Days.

She is survived by two brothers, Travis Thompson; Charles Thompson and wife Wanda all of Corinth, MS; nieces and nephews, Tina Dunn and husband Dewayne, Amy Hutson and husband Eddy, Cindy Hughes and husband Tommy; great nieces and nephews, Lendsey and Ryan Dunn, Kelsey, Alex and Amber Hutson, and Lexie, Val and Jessie Hughes; a great great nephew, Luke Hughes.

Visitation will be held on Wed. May 17, 2017 from 5 pm until 8 pm and on Thursday from 11 am until services at 1 pm all held at North Corinth Baptist Church in Corinth, MS, with Bill Wages and Jetta Forsythe officiating. Burial will follow in the Forrest Memorial Park at Corinth, Mississippi.
