STEPHANIE RENEE SAPPINGTONwas born in Peoria, Illinois on April 30, 1984 the daughter of Paul Louis Smith and Patricia Ruth Passwater Terry.On January 27, 2009 she was united in marriage to Bradley Sappington, who survives.Stephanie was a CNA for Park Rest Nursing Home. She also had worked for Savannah Healthcare and Tri County Nursing Home. Stephanie loved being with children, swimming, going to the river and going to the tanning bed. She departed this life on September 26, 2012 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 28 years, 4 months and 27 days.In addition to her husband Bradley of Adamsville, Tennessee, Stephanie is survived by 2 children, Breanna Sappington and Caleb Smithher mother, Patricia Terry of Adamsville, Tennessee, her father, Paul Smith of Iowa and her step father, Kenny Terry of Crump, Tennessee2 sisters, Patricia Plunk of Adamsville, Tennessee and Christina Smith of Illinois3 brothers, David Burnley of Savannah, Tennessee, Rodney Smith of Missouri and Paul Smith of Illinois
