Steven C. Johnston was born in Toledo, Ohio on July 15, 1948, the son of the late Merlin and May Johnston. On July 12, 1969, he was united in marriage to Nancy Lynn Billings, who survives. Steven served his country in the United States Coast Guard. He departed this life on November 30, 2017, at the age of 69 years, 4 months, and 15 days.
Along with his wife of 48 years, Steven is survived by his sons, Jeremy Johnston and wife Heather of Jacksonville, Florida and Justin Johnston and wife Cheryl of Adamsville, Tennessee; daughter, Jennifer Votry of Denver, Colorado; sisters, Patricia Pack and Cheryl Powell, both of Florida; grandchildren, Sabrina, Emma, Elijah, and Steven Johnston.
In addition to his parents, Steven was preceded in death by grandchild, Mitchell Votry.
No service will be held at this time.
