Susan Lynne McCoy

Mrs. Susan Lynne McCoy of Walnut, Mississippi departed this life Tuesday morning, November 6, 2012 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. She was 55 years old.
Ms. McCoy was born in Memphis March 30, 1957 to Richard Douglas McCoy, who survives, and the late Mary Evelyn Lowrance McCoy. A graduate of the University of North Alabama, where she earned her Masters in Education, she was a teacher in Hardeman County schools for 28 years. Most recently, she taught at Grand Junction Elementary, where she was well loved. She also taught piano lessons. She was a member of Harmony Baptist Church in Walnut and also attended Brint's Chapel Baptist Church. She was engaged to Frankie Howell, whom she would have married in December.
In addition to her fiance and father, she is survived by a brother, Richard Lowrance McCoy of Moulton, Alabama and a host of cousins.
