Susan C. Perry

Susan C. Perry of Waynesboro was born December 29, 1961 in Montgomery, AL the daughter of Sue Irwin Creasy and the late Lelan Creasy. She departed this life on Friday, March 9, 2018 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, Tennessee at the age of 56 Years, 2 Months, 9 Days. She worked as a licensed practical nurse and was a member of Green River Baptist Church in Waynesboro, TN.

Other than her mother, she is survived by a daughter, Jessica Mills and husband Gary of Loretto, TN, three grandchildren, Karson P. Gladney, Colynn J. Mills, and Peyton R. Mills, a sister, Diane Gobbell and husband Doug of Waynesboro, TN, and a brother, Dan Creasy and wife Kim of Spring Hill, TN, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Creasy.

Services will be held on Monday, March 12, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel in Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Kerry Franks officiating. Burial will follow in Waynesboro Memorial Gardens with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers are Douglas Gobbell, Derrick Gobbell, Peyton Mills, Cain Creasy, Keith Sott, and Kevin Scott.

Visitation will be Sunday from 6:00-9:00 PM and Monday from 8:00 AM until service time at !:00 PM
