was born in Baltimore County, Maryland on March 31, 1942.
She was united in marriage to Yona Ben Abraham, who preceded his wife in death on June 20, 2006.
Tamara was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. She enjoyed spending time studying scriptures and spending time with her cat.
Tamara departed this life on Thursday, March 21, 2024 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 81 years, 11 months, and 21 days.
She is survived by one son, Michael Joseph Hanley of Sykesville, Maryland; grandson, Cameron Joseph Hanley; her twin sister, Kathleen Lamb Willis; and brothers, Samuel Edgar Willis, Jr., and Thomas Larken Wilson Willis.
