Teddy R. Churchwell

TEDDY R. CHURCHWELLwas born on June 14, 1936 the son of the late Paulus E. Churchwell and Beatrice Bingham Churchwell Overman.On May 19, 1953 Mr. Churchwell was united in marriage to Peggy Joyce Hinton, who survives.He was a Korean War veteran of the United States Air Force. Mr. Churchwell was employed at North American Aviation in Hawthorne, California. He was active in the Mid South Paralyzed Veterans of America for many years. Mr. Churchwell was also a member of the Milledgeville United Methodist Church. He enjoyed music, fishing, repairing Antique clocks and Mr. Churchwell really enjoyed joking with his friends.He departed this life on June 14, 2012 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 76 years.In addition to his wife, Peggy of Milledgeville, Tennessee, he is survived by two brothers, Dennis Von Churchwell of Memphis, Tennessee and Reggie M. Churchwell of Nashville, TennesseeMr. Churchwell was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Eddie Churchwell, one sister, Paula Fortner and one brother, Kennie Churchwell
