Teresa Kay Odle Hobbs

Teresa Kay Odle Hobbs was born on October 7, 1956 in Alcorn County, Mississippi, the daughter of the late James Russell and Joy Delilah Brown Odle.

On November 24, 1975, she was united in marriage to James Robert Hobbs, who preceded his wife in death on December 9, 2014.

Teresa enjoyed reading, going shopping, and cooking. She loved her grandchildren and cherished the time she spent with them. She was of the Christian faith.

Teresa Kay Odle Hobbs departed this life on August 28, 2024 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 67 years, 10 months, and 21 days.

She is survived by her daughter, Dana Jenkins and her husband James of Savannah, Tennessee; son, James Alan Hobbs and his wife Nickei of Savannah, Tennessee; brothers, Danny Odle, Brian Odle, and Scotty Odle, all of Savannah, Tennessee; sister, Annice Higgins of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Chloe Scott, Tyler Scott, Quentin Scott, Stephanie Scott, Shyanne Hobbs, Eric Hobbs, Chancellor Hobbs, Aryona Hardin, and Gabriel Hardin; and 17 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, Teresa was preceded in death by her brothers, Roger Odle and Ray Odle and sisters, Yvonne Odle and Barbara Odle.
