Selmer, TN

Teressia Norman Lands was born July 21, 1966, in Sheffield, AL. She departed this life on October 13, 2025 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 59 Years, 2 Months, 22 Days.

Teressia was united in marriage to Aaron D. Lands on December 30, 2021. She worked for TK Elevator. She enjoyed Kayaking and spending time in the great outdoors. Animals held a special place in her heart, particularly her beloved cats, who brought her endless delight.

Known for her delicious cooking, Teressia had a flair for preparing meals that could warm the soul, except, of course, when it came to meatloaf— a family joke that exemplified her loving spirit and quick wit. Her humor was a beacon of light, and she had an incredible knack for keeping those around her smiling. She enjoyed keeping (Aaron Lee) aka the "Old Fart" in line.

As we reflect on the beautiful life Teressia lived, we celebrate her strength, kindness, and love for those closest to her. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by her family and friends.
